Minoritized languages moodboard: Kaqchikel

The Kaqchikel or Kaqchiquel language

is a Mayan language spoken by the indigenous Kaqchikel people in central Guatemala.
This language is now taught in public schools through Guatemala’s intercultural bilingual education programmes.
